W.E. Pro$per equips the youth members, ages 13 to 17, for summer employment. W.E. Pro$per offers boys and girls monthly classroom training in:
Student apprentices of our W.E. Pro$per Class of 2019-2020 will begin their year of training, looking forward to next summer where they will gain valuable experience working at a variety of local businesses and agencies.
If you're 13-17 yrs. of age and interested in comprehensive job training that leads to guaranteed summer employment upon completion, September 2019 is the time to apply for the W.E. Pro$per Class of 2019-20. To apply stop by our office at 501 S. Bucy for an application.
W.E. Pro$per begins in the fall and continues monthly through the academic school year. Upon successful completion of 22-24 hrs. of training, students are placed in summer-long apprenticeships throughout the city of Bartlesville.

Annual classes are selected in August, and training begins in September for jobs during the following summer. Student applications are available NOW from the business office until other alternatives become available.
